Governor Dr. Erick Mutai
Previously Dr Eric Mutai was a senior lecturer at the University of Embu. He was born in Rungut village in Bureti.
His early education began at Rungut Primary School, he later joined Litein High School for his secondary education. He then proceeded to Maseno University for his undergraduate degree before proceeding to Kabianga University for his Master’s. He later pursued a PhD from Laikipia University.
