The county Government of Kericho intends to revamp and restore the 375-acre Tulwap Psigis heritage site at Londiani in Kipkelion East.
This has been revealed by the County Secretary Dr.Wesley Bor when he hosted kipsigis culture stakeholders in a meeting to come up with strategies for preserving and reviving cultural heritage sites for the next generation.

Speaking during a press briefing the Myoot council of elders chairman Andrew Malakwen Langat flanked by historian Dr. Sambu appealed for the expedition of the allocation of the land to the county government for ease of funding.
The County secretary underscored the need to preserve the historical site noting that it has been gazetted as a historical site already and funds have been appropriated to develop it in this financial year.

The Chief Officer of Education, Social Services and Culture, Mr Richard Tonui was flanked by his directors Apollo Cheruiyot(Social Services) and David Rono(culture) were also present.
